Interview Requests
Emerus has stringent legal and ethical responsibilities to safeguard the privacy of its patients and staff in compliance with HIPAA limitations surrounding protected health information.
Approval from Emerus marketing and communications must be granted for all on-site video interviews and/or photographic requests with patients, hospital staff or any other employee prior to scheduling.
Written consent via official authorization forms must be completed prior to interviews taking place, and all members of the media must comply with privacy regulations, except to the extent that disclosure is specifically permitted.
