LAS VEGAS, June 26, 2025 – Dignity Health-St. Rose Dominican is proud to announce the official grand opening of its newest Neighborhood Hospital, further enhancing access to high-quality medical care in the Centennial Hills community. Located at 6675 North Durango Drive, this state-of-the-art facility marks St. Rose Dominican’s fifth small-format hospital in the Las Vegas valley.
Hospital leadership, community officials and healthcare partners celebrated a ribbon cutting event on June 12.
“St. Rose Dominican hospitals have been fulfilling our mission by providing compassionate care for the people of southern Nevada for more than 75 years,” said Katherine Vergos, President of Dignity Health Las Vegas. “Eight years ago, with our partners at Emerus, we committed to bring hospitals into neighborhoods to make quality healthcare available close to home. Our success in this aspect of our ministry is a direct result of the considerable abilities of our friends at Emerus. Today we celebrate together the extension of our partnership and our ministry, delivering compassionate, high-quality care to the people of Centennial Hills and the growing northwest valley.”
Built in partnership with Emerus Holdings Inc., this new neighborhood hospital continues a shared mission to bring emergency and inpatient services to underserved areas. The Centennial campus spans approximately 24,000 square feet over two floors, housing 10 inpatient beds and eight emergency exam rooms, including a dedicated triage room. It will be staffed with board-certified physicians, skilled nurses and clinical specialists, all dedicated to delivering patient-first, efficient and compassionate care.
