How long have you worked here?
Since Dec. 14, 2015.

Before working here, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?
I believe I witnessed the most interesting situations while working as a pawnbroker. For example, a person came into our shop, took off his electronic prosthetic arm and asked, “how much can I get for this?”

What is your proudest moment or experience treating our patients?
Anytime we can put a smile on a patient’s face when they are being discharged, it means that our team did something right.

What are the top 3 things on your bucket list?
Skydiving, rodeo clown and watching my four grandsons graduate college.

What is your hidden talent, hobby or greatest interest outside of work?
I love to cook and trade stocks.

What are your top 3 life highlights?
The birth of my daughter, who just turned 31, the births of my four grandsons and the day I graduated from the Police Academy.

What is your dream vacation?
Travel to Ecuador.

If you could be anyone from any time period, who would it be and why?
I would be myself, because I’m loving life right now and wouldn’t change a thing!

Favorite national observance/why?
Mother’s Day, because it takes a special kind of strength and bear a child and love them unconditionally.

Favorite medicine-based movie or show/why?
“Sirens,” because it incorporates comedy into some of the things those in the medical field encounter daily.

My hospital is essential to the community’s outlook and future, and how those we serve will define a hospital visit after they leave our facility. I believe in being the benchmark that all others strive to emulate.
