Jonathan M. Eikerts
Chief Financial Officer

Jonathan “Jon” Eikerts serves as Chief Financial Officer of Emerus, where he oversees all enterprise finance and accounting functions, treasury, revenue cycle management, information technology and strategic financial planning.

Since joining the organization in 2020, Jon has held roles of increasing responsibility, helping to strengthen the company’s financial foundation and support its continued growth. Jon serves as a strategic partner to operations and leadership, helping to align financial strategy with operational excellence.

Jon was initially hired as Vice President and Controller, where he led a strategic overhaul of the company’s enterprise-wide accounting functions. He was promoted to Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer, assuming responsibility for financial planning and analysis, treasury and other broader finance operations. In February of 2026, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer, expanding his leadership to include IT, procure to pay process and full revenue cycle oversight across the enterprise.

Prior to joining Emerus, Jon served in multiple leadership positions in finance within Fresenius Medical Care North America, supporting a multi-billion-dollar division and overseeing joint venture finance, accounting and strategic planning functions.

Jon holds a Master of Science in Accounting from The University of Texas Dallas and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of North Texas.
