As Chief Compliance Officer, he is charged with the development, oversight and management of the Corporate Compliance Department, as well as the Internal Audit and Privacy programs. In addition, Dominguez facilitates the system-wide enterprise risk management process. During the development of the company’s Quality and Patient Safety programs, he was Director of Quality and Safety Officer. Previously, Dominguez was Practice Administrator, Quality Director and Safety Officer for the UT Health System, and Billing and Coding Compliance Manager for MD Anderson Cancer Center. He is certified in Health Care Compliance through the Healthcare Compliance Association, and as a Professional Coder through the American Association of Professional Coders. Dominguez graduated with honors from Brigham Young University and studied at Baylor College of Medicine before enrolling in the MBA program for Health Care Administration at Marylhurst University.
